Event Waiver

By taking part in this hike, I acknowledge that hiking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven or slippery terrain, steep or challenging sections, adverse weather conditions, falls, injury, fatigue, illness, and other hazards associated with being outdoors.
I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the hike and will take responsibility for my own safety and wellbeing throughout the activity. I agree to follow the instructions of the hike leader/organiser and to act responsibly and considerately towards other participants and the environment.

I understand that the hike may take place in areas where access to immediate medical assistance may be limited. I accept the risks associated with participating and agree to notify the hike leader of any relevant medical condition, injury, or concern that may affect my ability to safely complete the hike.

To the extent permitted by law, I accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage I may suffer as a result of my participation in the hike, except where caused by the negligence or other legal liability of the organiser.

By ticking agree, I confirm that I, and any members of my party that I am booking for, have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.
